How do you straighten short hair?

Alright, I've been considering getting a short haircut. Problem is, I have the most unruly frizzy/wavy hair imaginable. So my question is, how can I straighten it? Wouldn't it be too short to fit in the iron? And whats a good technique/product that makes it STAY straight? Also, I live in Florida and the humity really messes it up, any suggestions? How do you straighten short hair?

use a thinner straightener.

get a relaxer done on your hair after you get it cut.

You could try getting chemically straightened....relaxed....or just use a thin flat iron...
a small (thin) iron would work very well.
