How do I make my short hair curly?

My hair is 4in long. How can I make it curly after washing it.


Please don't put anything like ';Just scrunch it up while it wet';


I dont have white peoples hair so it doesnt work like that. IM black.How do I make my short hair curly?
use small rollers...or actual drinking straws work really well just make sure your hair is damp...then roll it in the rollers or straws and make sure it fully dries..
