Recently our school implemented this rule that girls aren't allowed to have bangs and it doesn't make any sense. What accessories should i use? I have a heart-shaped face. And how should i use that accessory? ThanksWhat accessories should use on short hair with bangs?

If you aren't allowed to have bangs, are you asking for ideas on how to pin them up and that kind of thing?
I have a few ideas that you can use. I used to have short hair and bangs but then i grew the out and my hair is long now. A good thing to do to get them out of your face is to part the hair on the side, and then braid your bangs into your hair. The girl in the photo has long hair but you can do it with short hair too.
Another idea is to invest in lots of headband, gossip girl style! Try out different looks and styles t see what suits your face shape.

You should be allowed to do what you want with your hair, provided it isn't all big and multi-coloured (although I think you should be allowed to colour it if you want, my school wouldn't let us)
If you have bangs, and your school has decided to ban them, I'd demand the money it's going to cost to have your hair restyled into an ';acceptable'; style.
Alternately, just get some bobbypins and clip them back :)

How do I wear my short hair messy?
I have always had very long hair and I like to wear it messy. Yesterday the hairdresser gave my a posh-spice style bob (I didn't ask for this!) and I really hate it! Please can you give me suggestions as to how I can wear it messy and funky and not look anything like posh spice, as at the moment I cant do anything with it? You and me both!! But i asked for a bob and ended up almost with a crop - i find that the ( i think its VO5 or fuctis) surf look works - it doesnt make your hair heavy but you can muss it up - its not greasy either and it generally brushes out. Just warm a lkittle in your handss and then work it from the root outwards - also perhaps try to scrunch the back and sides and perhaps straighten the front for a different look. Try using some styling gel, or blow dry is a bit messy.
I'd go back to the salon and get it cut into something you like.....make sure u do it soon, they will only honor free re-dos for so long
God that used to happen to me too... was the hairdresser female?? First find a new hairdresser men are best they make you look and feel fabulous.... and always talk to you about what your after... Now the styling problem..when washed before drying add some volume moose... dry hair upside down... like bend over and dry that way this will give it lots of volume,,, then do a bit of back combing and spray in place..... hope this helps...

Put through your hair with your fingers, ruffle it up and add a cute little clip.Sorted!

Either dont brush it...BAck comb it...force it to fall in a parting it doesnt normally. Use lotsof hair pins etc and make it funky....or use that guys surfer gell stuff.

let it dry naturally after you have washed it, then get some styling wax or mud and just mess it up a bit with your hands, play around with it till you get it right, good luck

why not wash your hair and dry it up side down! this will creat body and volume, then rub a little of wax on your fingers and twist the ends of your hair, this will creat texture! i always find that when i have short hair its so easy to creat that sexy bouncy hair, flat hair is out and body is back! And why not get some tongs and add some curls...... its so easy. the next day all you have to do is shake your hair and your ready. Good luck

I have short hair too so in the morning if it's being particularly greasy the first thing I'll do is use Oscar Blandi dry shampoo. It lightens the hair up and gives it back some volume. Then go at it with a flat iron to smooth out all the kinks and then run some texturizer through it (any cream or paste will do).
The key though is the dry shampoo. It works miracles.
